I have been working non-stop for the past 2 years. Hustling as much as I can, pushing beyond my limits so that I can secure what I want.

I’m currently in a position where I’m sort of ‘stuck’ and if I had to guage where I’m at currently, I’d say 70% from my closest goal.

The problem is that I’m truly unable to finish my tasks. I’ve been burned out and my passion for coding is dwindling quickly.

I have searched for helpful tips on getting rid of this burn out but apparently, when you’re deep down in it, you’d need at least a month of vacation.

However, once you’re back up, one needs to follow these steps religiously:

  1. Keep things fresh by learning new tech.

  2. Take a break in mid-week.

  3. Take a vacation every 6 months.

  4. Enough sleep & exercise.

  5. Socialize.
